Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Fees Creditive receives through this website, what we use it for and the choices you have. In short: we only collect what you send us to answer your inquiry, we do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
01Who we are
Fees Creditive is an independent creative studio founded by Valentina Esnaola and Fermin Esnaola. For anything related to your information, write to feescreditive@gmail.com.
02What we collect
When you send the inquiry form: your name, your company or project (optional), your email address, the service you are interested in, your message, and the language you were browsing in.
To prevent spam and abuse, your IP address is used at the moment you send the form, only in an irreversible (hashed) form, to count how many messages arrive from the same connection.
If you contact us through Contra, WhatsApp or email instead, those services handle your messages under their own privacy policies.
03What we use it for
Only to read and answer your inquiry and, if we work together, to prepare and follow up on the project. We do not send newsletters, we do not sell or rent your information and we do not share it with anyone for their own purposes.
04Services that process it
The form does not save inquiries in a database: each one is delivered as an email to our inbox (Gmail, by Google) through Resend, an email delivery service. The website is hosted on Vercel.
The counters that limit repeated submissions are kept by Upstash for at most 24 hours and contain no names, addresses or messages. To tell people from bots, the form may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical signals from your browser.
05How long we keep it
Your inquiry stays in our inbox for as long as we need it to answer you and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and its follow-up. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
06Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by writing to feescreditive@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, data protection laws, such as Argentina’s Law 25,326 or the European Union’s GDPR, may give you further rights and the option to contact your data protection authority.
07Cookies and browser storage
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It may store your language choice in a cookie, and your motion preference and whether you have already seen the intro in your browser’s storage. None of this identifies you.
08Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
